Carol's role in Mint Energy is Customer Advisor for Wind and Solar, Carol's main responsibilities are to:
- take new enquiries,
- provide information as appropriate through discussion, e-mail or documentation on product, process, benefits, planning and grid,
- refer customers to the appropriate member of staff - or contact - when necessary,
- contact customers following shows,
- arrange and co-ordinate site surveys.
Prior to working in the renewables sector, Carol worked as an assistant manager in a small boutique. Carol says: "This was my introduction to understanding a small business and a sales environment, and also understanding the importance of treating people as individuals and striving to meet the needs of each individual customer".
